My journey began with my great-grandmother, the first operations manager I ever encountered. She didn’t run a corporation; she ran a household, raising three generations of servant leaders. Her commitment to efficiency, organization, and nurturing the aspirations of others left a lasting impression on me.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications/Journalism from Loyola University New Orleans and a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport, I’ve honed my skills in leadership, communication, and strategic planning.

As a proud graduate of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI) and a member of Nu Lambda Mu, the Nonprofit Honors Society, I’m deeply committed to giving back to my community and fostering positive change.
